The ingredients:
- Pork fillets
- Clove garlic
- Onions
- Cucumber
- Oil
- Fish sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Sugar
- Eggs
Prepare the ingredients:
- Slice the meat into the bite sized pieces and chop the garlic
- Dice the cucumber and was them then chop the onion into 2cm long pieces
How to cook:
- Heat the wok or pan and then put in the oil, wait until it’s hot then add up the garlic, wait until the color changes to be a bit yellow then add up the meat and stir it until it’s cooked.
- Add up the cucumber, onions, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir all of them together.
- Push them to one side then beat 2 eggs in the pan or wok quickly, scramble the eggs gently then mix the egg and all ingredients that you cooked before together.
- Serve with hot rice
