This dish is like a showcase of mushroom in the soup and full with Thai herbs which guarantee you that this dish is a healthy dish and perfect for someone who is vegetarian.
The ingredients are:
- Water
- Oyster mushroom
- Lime
- Lemon grass
- Kaffir lime leaves
- Fish sauce
- Cilantro
- Chili pepper
- Num prig pow
Clean up all of your mushrooms and set them aside, get them ready to be cooked. First you have to tie the lemon grass to the knot and put in the boiling water. Then add the oyster mushroom, kaffir lime leaves and Num prig pow. Don’t forget to put all ingredients when the water is really hot. After add up all ingredients as I mentioned above, you can turn off the heat.
Add up chili peppers, lime and fish sauce to make the taste. If you don’t like it spicy, suggest not to crush the chili peppers, but it you like it spicy, you have to crush the chili peppers in order to get spicy tastes.
Pour the soup on the bowl and sprinkle it with cilantro.
