The ingredients:
– Pineapple
– Red apple
– Red grapes
– Orange wedges
– Ground dried coconut
– Peanuts
– Fresh mint leaves
– Shrimp Chili Paste
– Deep fried dried garlic
– Fish sauce
– Palm sugar
– Lemon juice
How to do:
Peel the shell of the prawn off and deep fry the prawns until they turn gold and set aside and do some other processes first.
Cut all fruits into bite-sized pieces and mix them all in one bowl and set aside.
Mix fish sauce, deep fried fried garlic, palm sugar, shrimp chili paste and ground dried coconut together then put in the prawns and the fruits that were set aside before altogether and serve.
