Pad Kee Mao Chicken



Another weird name of Thai food, don’t worry this dish is not gonna make you drunk, even you want to. The taste is spicy but in different way spicy in tom yum or other dish.

Let’s try cooking it by preparing the ingredients from:

Chopped shrimp (optional)

Chopped chicken (optional)

Tofu (cut it into small cubes)

Chopped garlic

Chopped purple onions

Yellow bean sauce

White vinegar

Fish Sauce

Palm Sugar

Lime juice

Grounded red chili

Bean Sprouts

Red and green big chili

Chopped coriander

Basil leaves

Pickled garlic (Slice it thinly)

How to cook:

Heat up the pan, pour the oil in it, wait until it’s hot then add up the garlic first stir if for few minutes and add up the shrimp and chicken. Add in all other ingredients and stir them all until it mixes well. If you want to make a dish a bit saucy, add a little bit of rice flour or corn starch then pour over the rice or transfer to the serving dish, eating with hot rice.

In other way round, you can pour it over the noodle that’s already cooked, make it a yummy noodle dish
