Salmon in Coconut Sauce

How to cook Thai Food, Seafood



The ingredients:

– Salmon (cut into bite-size pieces)
– Coconut milk
– Carrot (peel the skin off and cut in the small stripes)
– Broccoli (cut into bite-size pieces)
– Oil
– Green curry paste
– Fish sauce
– Sugar
– Lemon juice

How to do:

Put oil in the pan and then add up Coconut milk, broccoli, carrot, green curry paste and salmon. Stir them a bit then add up sugar, fish sauce and lemon juice to get it tasty in the taste you like. Leave salmon pieces on the top with broccoli and carrot under while you serve it on the dish and make sure that the coconut milk covers all salmon pieces.
