Red Curry squids

Ingredient
– 3 tablespoon of soybean oil.
– 1 small pack curry paste
– 3 tablespoon of red and yellow chilis, Cut off red and yellow chili in long slice
– Chicken soup 500 cc.
– 250 grams of Squid
– small Eggplant , cut into small pieces, 50 grams
– baby corn, cut into slice, 50 grams
– Long beans, cut into 1 inch pieces. 50 grams
– Kaempferia, cut into thin line, 30 grams
– 20 grams of Fresh and green pepper
– 4 lime leaves ,cut into small
– Palm sugar 2 tsp
– 1 tablespoon Roasted rice
– White pepper powder 2 tsp.
– Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
– Each one of Red chili, green, yellow, cut into long slice
– Tomato sauce 1 tablespoon spicy recipe.
– 20 grams of Basil
– 2 tablespoons of Chili paste

Preparation
1. Put soybean oil into the pan and heat it up for a few second, and add curry paste
2. Add red and yellow chills and fried till fragrant
3. Gradually add broth. Stir until the paste rise then add them all
4. Add squid, wait till it’s cooked enough then small Eggplant, Long beans, baby corn, Kaempferia, pepper and lime leaves
5. Add all seasoning , chill and basil
6. Wait until boiling and then put Chili paste
7. Mixed it up and taste

It was spicy menu. For someone who cannot eat spicy food little bit. You can reduce chill if you want to try someone spicy food. and enjoy
