Ingredients:
Seafood (shrimp, fish fillet, green mussel, squid, etc.) Clean them properly. Cut the seafood into pieces if you use squid or fish fillet and if you use green mussel, boil it first before cooking process
Noodle paste
Minced garlic
Soy sauce
Fish sauce
Sugar
Ground pepper
Red+green chili peppers, coarsely chopped (Pick two colors in order to make the dish colorful)
Baby corn
Holy basil
Cooking oil
How to cook:
Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Add garlic, and stir until golden. If you like hot taste, you may add chopped chili and stir fry with garlic during this process. Then add prepared seafood, and keep stirring until nearly cooked.
Add noodle paste and baby corn. Make the food tasteful with soy sauce, fish sauce, ground pepper and sugar. Lastly add holy basil and red, green chili pepper. Turn up to high heat. Stir fry quickly until all ingredients mixed well. Remove from heat.
Then the food is ready to be served.
