The ingredients:
Pork with Fat
Eggs
Coriander roots
Soy sauce
Black soy sauce
Five spice powder
Clove Garlics
Peppercorn
Vegetable Oil
Water
This dish might be a little bit difficult if compares to other Thai dishes but the dish is very tasty and it’s likable which you can cook for your whole family.
Let’s start the dish with:
Heating the water in the pot, wait until it’s boiling and then add up the eggs until they are cooked then get rid of the shell from the eggs and you will get eggs ready to be cooked in the next process.
After getting the eggs ready, boil the oil in the wok then add garlic and peppercorn. Then fry them altogether and add in the pork with fat and keep stirring it until it’s cooked.
Add spices power, soy sauce, black soy sauce, boiled eggs, sugar and water in the wok then stir them altogether for 30 minutes until it’s mixed well.
Then remove the food to the dish and serve with hot rice.

Hello, I am in Tokyo. I love so much Thai Food. Almost every saturday or sunday I am going to visit Thai Restaurant in Tokyo where names are Kao Thai, Baan Isaan, Krunteep,
some others. I prefer Buffet style(approx. 360bhts in Tokyo for Launch Buffet)
Most favourit one for me is ”ground minced chicken meat with bamboo, red pepper”
for soup, rather like tofu with wax gourd.
to be continued……… Bi

Thank you so much, this was very interesting. I was actually born in Spain ( not telling you what year though!) but moved around various parts of Europe and lastly settled in Britain when I was 6. I don’t remember an awful lot of the few years I was in Spain, but the delicious smell of Spanish food always seems to get me going or something. It’s weird how I don’t remember anything except the smells, isn’t it! I actually found a internet site dedicated to Spanish recipes, which gave me great delight and thought I really should to share. Anyway, thank you again. I’ll get my son to add your website to my rss app…
