Thai Prawn Salad

Thai Salad



INGREDIENTS:

• Prawns
• Fresh lemon grass, sliced thin
• Shallots, thinly sliced
• Young ginger, julienne
• Kaffir lime leaves, slice in very thin size

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DRESSING :

• Lime juice 3 tbsp.
• Fish sauce 4 tbsp.
• Sugar 2 tsp.
• Fresh spur chili peppers,
• thinly sliced 6

GARNISHES :

• Lettuce
• Mint Leaves

1. Peel the prawns and clean well. Boil the prawns in the boiling water until just done, drain and put aside.

2. Mix the cooked prawn with all other ingredients and then top it up with Mint Leaves and Lettuce.
