Fried corn cake

Ingredients:

Fresh corn

Eggs

Sliced long green bean

Kang Kua Curry Paste

Rice Flour

Light soy sauce

Salt

Vegetable oil

Wheat flour

How to cook:

Mix all ingredients together except vegetable oil and wheat flour, then form up in the small round shape piece, flatten with 1 inch thick as you can see from the photo as the example. After you get the food into the right shape, roll them on the wheat flour. Then pour in the vegetable oil into the pan and wait until it boils, put in all corn cake and wait until its color turns gold, transfer them to the paper towel to get rid of oil and serve.
