Baked Shrimp with clear healthy noodle

Baked Shrimps in Clear Noodle, this menu costs a little bit high price in the restaurant but if you cook it yourself at home, you will find that it’s not expensive at all and healthy as well.

The ingredients are:
1. Sugar
2. Soy sauce
3. Shrimp
4. Oil
5. Peppercorns
6. Ginger
7. Garlic
8. Clear noodles
9. Cilantro

Heat up the oil in wok with medium heat, add the ingredients, stir them to be tender and then turn off the heat. Add clear noodle to the pan. You should add a bit of water with the noodle in order to keep the clear noodle smooth when baking. Then add the shrimp on the top and cover the the bowl when put it in over. Bake it for 20 minutes or until the shrimp is done and the dish is finished.
