First you can prepare the ingredients by chop the garlic and mice it to small pieces, then continue with Chinese chive flowers by cutting it into 1 ½ inch pieces and for shrimp, if you want to have the dish some color, you should leave the tail of the shrimp and take off some cover only at the body of it.
Start the dish by heating up the pan with high heat and then add up the oil. Add the chopped garlic, stir it until it turns brown and then add up the shrimp. Stir the shrimp with the garlic until the shrimp shows the color and then add up Chinese Chive Flowers. Stir all together and add up the sugar and the fish sauce to make the dish tasty.
