The ingredients are:
– Onions
– Oil
– Can corn
– Coconut milk
– Fish sauce
– Rice vinegar
– Water
Prepare the ingredients:
– Dice the onions
How to cook:
1. Heat up the pot with oil and stir the onion in it until the color turns to be yellow.
2. Add half of the corn, half of the coconut milk and water
3. Mash corn and onion together
4. Add up the rest of the corn and the rest of the coconut milk
5. Wait until it boils then season it with fish sauce and rice vinegar
