About Thai Food

This dish is a famous appetizer that most of Thai people love to order it before the main course but it can be a main course as well since it’s meaty enough.

The ingredients are:

– Vegetable oil
– Thai chili pepper
– Sugar
– Shallots
– Lime
– Green mango
– Fish sauce
– Catfish
– cashew

First you have to fry the catfish first, the way to fry it is to bake it first, drain the juice and fry the whole filet with low heat. It takes the several minutes to make the catfish all crispy.

Then put the minced garlic, chili pepper, sugar, fish sauce and lime juice altogether.

Slice the shallot thinly.

Slice the mango into small pieces as you can see from the picture below and then mix all catfish and everything altogether.
