This dish is healthy because they have vegetable and eggs mix together and I suggest you to eat this dish with hot rice, so the nutrition will get even better.
The ingredients are:
• Bamboo shoots
• Onion
• Clove garlic
• Oil
• Fish sauce
• Oyster sauce
• Sugar
• Eggs
• Chili (optional)
Prepare the ingredients:
• Cut the bamboo shoots into the long sized with 1 ½ or 2 inches long and 1 centimeter wide
• Chop garlic
• Cut the onion into 2 centimeters long pieces
Time to cook:
First, stir chopped garlic that you have already prepared until the color turns yellow.
Secondly, add bamboo shoots, onion, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and then mix them altogether. Remember that garlic is cooked very fast so don’t wait too long to add other ingredients after the garlic.
Third, put all ingredient aside the pan and then beat the eggs on the pan quickly and gently scramble it. Once it starts to be cooked, mix eggs with all ingredient.
