Ingrediants:
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tomato thinly sliced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 mushroom
1 teaspoons fish sauce
1 cup cooked rice
3 Thai chili pepper Optional
1/3 cuppork Optional
½ onion chopped Optional
1 lime Optional
1 green onion Optional
2 cloves garlic, minced Optional
2 eggs Optional
Heat the pan and then pour in the oil and meat, stir the meat quickly in order not to burn them. Add the egg and scramble the egg until the egg is all cooked. Then put all sauce to make your fried rice tasty and be in the taste you like to have with the fish sauce, soy sauce and stir. Put in the rice and vegetable and stir them all together and make sure that you can stir them all well in order to get same taste for whole plate when the food is done.
Remember that you can put in something else beside meat. It can be seafood like shrimp, crab or squid or you can even use chicken if you’d like to. Good luck and enjoy your food.
