Get healthy with chicken ginger fry. The main ingredients for this dish are chicken and ginger, so there is no doubt that it is the healthy dish.
The ingredients are:
1. Ginger (same size as in the picture below)
2. Onion (cut it into the bite size pieces)
3. Fish sauce
4. Mushroom (cut it into the bit size pieces)
5. Chicken
6. Sugar
7. Garlic
First of all, heat the pan and put in oil, wait until it’s hot, add up some of the gingers and garlic, stir until they turn brown and then add the chicken. Wait until the chicken is a bit cooked, put in the sauce , sugar to make the taste and then mushroom and the rest of the ginger. Stir all together until all ginger coat the chicken and then it’s done.
