Meatballs sweet and sour

About Thai Food

Sweet and sour is not only set for chicken like ‘chicken sweet and sour’ that you always have in the restaurant but you can use some other things instead of chicken like meatballs  Let’s start it together.

The ingredients are:

– Garlic
– Black pepper
– Salt
– Minced meat
– Canned pineapple
– Red and green pepper
– Fish sauce
– Rice vinegar
– Sugar
– Starchflour
– Oil

Prepare the ingredients:

– Chop garlic and mix with pepper and salt then add it on the minced meat and mix them together
– Drain pineapple pieces
– Dice green and red pepper into bite-sized pieces
– Mix fish sauce, rice vinegar, starchflour, sugar and water together in one bowl
– Get meatball in the size of 2cm diameter

How to cook:

1. Heat oil in a wok or pan, then add the meatballs and fry them
2. Add in pineapple and pepper and stir them all together
3. Pour in the mixture you prepare in the bowl before, and leave it boil for 2 – 3 minutes
4. Serve with hot rice

    Man, my grandmother was Italian and she made the most amazing meatballs I ever tasted, like you had died and gone to meatball heaven. Sadly, she didn’t leave a recipe for me so I’ve been trying to figure it out on my own… slowly working my through. I still cant figure out what her secret ingredient was though!!!
