Pork with cucumber

About Thai Food

The ingredients:

– Pork fillets
– Clove garlic
– Onions
– Cucumber
– Oil
– Fish sauce
– Oyster sauce
– Sugar
– Eggs

Prepare the ingredients:

– Slice the meat into the bite sized pieces and chop the garlic
– Dice the cucumber and was them then chop the onion into 2cm long pieces

How to cook:

– Heat the wok or pan and then put in the oil, wait until it’s hot then add up the garlic, wait until the color changes to be a bit yellow then add up the meat and stir it until it’s cooked.

– Add up the cucumber, onions, fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir all of them together.

– Push them to one side then beat 2 eggs in the pan or wok quickly, scramble the eggs gently then mix the egg and all ingredients that you cooked before together.

– Serve with hot rice
