Ingredients:
– Beef
– Oil
– Salt
– Pepper
– Fish sauce
– Onion
– Coriander stem
– Lemon juice
– Sugar
How to cook:
First you have to make the beef tasty first by seasoning the beef with salt, pepper and fish sauce. Then fry the seasoned beef on the pan with hot oil, after the beef is cooked, let it cool and slice it into pieces.
Then the next step is frying the chopped onions and chopped coriander. Once the onions and the coriander are cooked, leave them up the pan and mix them with lemon juice, sugar and fish sauce in order to get the sauce.
Once you get the sauce, mix the sauce with the sliced beef until the sauce gets in well into every piece of meat.
