Tom Yum Koong the Thai food that everyone knows

About Thai Food

4 cups of water
4 shrimps for big size and 5 – 7 for small size
5 mushrooms
1-2 limes
1 lemon grass (cut into pieces)
3 kaffir lime leaves (cut into pieces)
2 tablespoon fish sauce
5 sprigs cilantro
3 chili peppers
1 tablespoon nam prig pow Optional

Start boiling the water in a pot. Put the shrimps in it first, wait until shrimps turn to be a bit red and follow with all of the vegetable in the pot with lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, sprigs cilantro, nam prig pow. Wait until it’s hot and shrimps all turn red.

Put the fish sauce at the bottom of the bowl and then pour the done tom-yum-koong in it and done.
