Healthy Food

1. Eat Breakfast – People always ignore to eat breakfast because they are in rush hour or don’t feel hungry but breakfast is the foundation behavior which affects both mind and body. It gives you power for the whole day and will make you eat less in lunch and dinner.

2. Change the oil often for cooking – Better spend money on healthy oil which is made from vegetable or olive oil.

3. Drink a lot more water – we have to drink water at least 2 liters a day but more than that for people who have problem with kidney.

4. Eat food that will give calcium to your body – such as milk, soy milk, small fish and green vegetable.

5. Say No to all snacks – Cut cookie, donut or cake out of your life and sweeten your stomach with sweet fruits instead.

6. Love to eat fish behavior – change yourself to be someone who loves to eat fish. You should eat at least once a week or so.

7. Drink tea – You should drink tea one to three times a day and tea can help you prevent having stomach cancer.
