What should you eat for healthy beautiful skin?

Healthy Food

The foods which are good for skin are:

1. Vitamin A food like milk, liver, pumpkin, carrot, morning glory

2. Vitamin C food – any kind of fruit and vegetables. Vitamin C boosts the power of collagen in the body and maintains the skin to looks nice always.

3. Vitamin E food can protect your skin from scar and have smooth skin.

4. The most important thing that you might have heard a million time – Water. Drink as much as you can but never less than 2 liters per day.
