How to do:

This dish will take you about 30 – 45 minutes to do it.

First of all, you have to prepare the ingredient by cutting the grapes in half in order to take the seeds inside out and cut the tomatoes in half as well. Then put the holes in the duck in order to let the soy sauce and salt get into the meat of the duck by using the fork. After that, cook the duck by placing it in the oven with the heat of 150 Degree celcius, leave the duck in the oven for 12 minutes and remove it out and cut the duck into the bite-size.

Then heat the oil in a pan or wok. Add the curry paste and the lime leaves and stir fry over low heat until fragrant and add the duck and stir them with the sauce and add pineapple, grapes, tomatoes, basil leaves, red chili , coconut cream for short time and then low the heat. The last process is adding up some tastes for the dish with fish sauce and sugar and stirring them altogether again one last time. Serve it in the bowl and top the dish up with fried red hot chilies.
