Fried Chicken with lemongrass
How to cook:
Use Grind garlic, red shallot, lemongrass , chili and kaffir lime leaves in a mortar and pound until mixed thoroughly (or using food processor).
Then heat oil in a wok and add chili and garlic mixture that you prepared first and stir it until it turns gold color. After that add the chicken and continue stirring until it’s nearly done.
Then make the food tasteful with fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
Then turn up to high heat and stir it quick then remove it to the serving dish.
Finish the dish by Sprinkle it with sliced kaffir lime leaves, sliced lemongrass and red chili pepper. Garnish on top with coriander leaves and serve with hot rice.
