This dish is very tasteful by the spicy and a little bit sweet taste of the chili Paste. The dish is very handful and enjoyable as well because of the cover of the green mussels.

Let’s prepare the ingredients:

Fresh green mussels, cleaned well then you have to boil it first in the hot water for a few minutes before cooking.


Vegetable oil

Basil leaves

Roasted chilli paste

Fresh chillies, cut into long strips

Chopped Garlics

Fish sauce

How to cook:

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic in the hot oil and fry until it becomes golden. Then add the green mussels and stir them together with the garlics and make the food tasteful with fish sauce, sugar, chili and roasted chili paste. Then add up the basil leave and red chili, stir for few seconds then transfer it to the dish and serve with hot rice.
