Mango Salad
Mango Salad is completely an appetizer for Thais and they enjoy it because of the sour taste from the green mango.
How to cook:
Find the bowl: Mix the sugar, chili, juice from lime, fish sauce, garlic and same amount of water in the bowl and mix them all together. Test it for the taste and add anything up to get the taste you like.
Add chopped Mango, Coriander and the celery in the bowl and mix them altogether.
Transfer to the serving dish.
