Chicken, How to cook Thai Food

The Ingredients:

Chicken breast with skin
Coriander Roots
Garlic cloves
Light Soy Sauce
Chicken stock cube

Before you start cooking, this dish needs a lot of preparation which is very important.

First of all, clean the chicken then find the bowl or anything which you can use it for mixing chicken with all the ingredients before cooking.

Add Chicken in the bowl and then add light soy sauce, garlic, coriander roots and grouded peppercorn. Leave them all together with chicken until it’s covered the whole chicken and leave it marinade for 30 minutes. This preparation is very important because it’s the way to make the chicken gets the good taste before getting cooked.

After you marinade the chicken for 30 minutes, let’s start cooking the dish

1. Put butter in the hot pan, then add in the chicken and cook until the skin is browned for both sides.

2. Turn off the gas and then heat up another pot with water and stock cube. Add chicken in it and let them boil together and leave it until the water reduces by half.

3. Then turn off the gas and it’s ready to be served.

    i was beginning to assume i could be the sole man or women that cared about this, at the very least at this point i learn im not extreme 🙂 i will make it a point to have a look at a few several other posts just after i get a little caffeine in me, it can be challanging to read without my coffee, I was until the wee hours of the morning last evening enjoying zynga poker and after having a few brewskies i ended up losing all my zynga poker chips take care 🙂
