Ingredients:
Banana
Rice flour
Tapioca flour
Baking soda
Sugar
Salt
Shredded coconut
Water
A lot of oil for deep frying
How to cook:
Peel and slice banana in length into 3 – 4 pieces. Then add up the banana with rice flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, sugar, salt, coconut and water from time to time to make sure that the bananas are thick enough.
Then heat up the big pot and fill in the oil more enough to cover the whole piece of banana while frying. Wait until it cooks, transfer to the paper towel to drain all the oil away and serve.
